I could use the Iris Scan Immigration and skip the long lines at immigration. Unfortunately one now had to pass security a second time. There were at this hour of the day long lines and the staff at the security check was unfriendly and unwilling to work a bit faster. I was really annoyed. Finally I was at the pedestrian tunnel Next time I should use the Train to the A concourse instead.

The Senator Lounge at gate A 25 was full as usual but I was able to get a seat and an espresso before it was finally again to head to the gate for my last flight to Düsseldorf.

The flight was not completely full in Economy and seat blocking worked,so the middle seat remained empty and I converted the row into a Business Class row. This time the flight attendants did not care or noticed it.

We pushed back at 08:35 but had to queue for take off before it was finally at 08:50 our turn for this short hop to Düsseldorf. As usual there was no service in Economy on this flight. The flight itself was nothing to report, convenient, a bit bumpy in the beginning but calmer in the end.

We finally touched down at 09:20 and arrived at our gate three minutes later.

As usual in Düsseldorf the Priority tag did not work at all and my suitcase arrived after several minutes.
